  • Impact mitigation law foundations, methods and strategies (legal and administrative framework, implementation strategies, quality assurance, etc.)
  • Involvement in preparing national transport infrastructure plans, acts of parliament relating to infrastructure upgrading, and national special investment programmes (in-house coordination at BfN)
  • Involvement in regional planning, preliminary transport infrastructure planning and planning approval (major national government and Länder infrastructure works, including works on the continental shelf and in the German Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ))
