  • Processing import and export applications for living specimens of protected species and applications pursuant to the Act on the Convention for the Conservation of Antarctic Seals (RobErhÜbkG)
  • – Issuing rejection notices
  • – Setting fees on the basis of the BfN Costs Ordinance and issuing fee notices
  • – Exemptions from the prohibitions on possession and marketing in accordance with Section 48 (1) 2 b) of the Federal Nature Conservation Act (BNatSchG)
