By public transport

• From Leipzig-Hauptbahnhof (Leipzig Central Station), continue with tram no. 15 (in the direction of Meusdorf, approximately every 10 minutes) to “Altes Messegelände”.

By car

• From the south or west: Follow autobahn A9 to the Kreuz Rippachtal interchange then autobahn A38 towards “Leipzig-Süd”, exiting the autobahn at Leipzig-Süd. Follow the B2 main road towards Leipzig, continuing along Lehmann-Strasse, Zwickauer Strasse, Puschstsrasse and Alte Messe.
• From the east: Follow autobahn A14 to the Dreieck Parthenaue interchange then autobahn A38 towards “Leipzig-Südost”, exiting the autobahn at Leipzig-Süd. Follow the B2 main road towards Leipzig, continuing as above.
• From the north: Follow autobahn A9 to the Schkeuditzer Kreuz interchange, then autobahn A14 in the direction of Dresden, exiting the autobahn at Leipzig-Mitte. Follow the B2 main road towards “Zentrum”, continuing along the B2 in the direction of Gera and remaining on the B2 Prager Strasse, then turn into Alte Messe (at the huge “Double M” landmark).

By plane

• Leipzig/Halle Airport, continue with the “S-Bahn” urban rail line S5 or S5X (in the direction of Altenburg/Zwickau) to Leipzig-Hauptbahnhof (Leipzig Central Station) and then tram no. 15 (see above) or S-Bahn line S1 or S2 (in the direction of Leipzig-Stötteritz) and S-Bahn line S3 (in the direction of Leipzig-Stötteritz/Wurzen/Oschatz) to “Leipzig-Völkerschlachtdenkmal”.
