ENCA is an informal network of European nature conservation agencies at management level (European Network of Heads of Nature Conservation Agencies). Once a year, the members of the ENCA plenary meet in person to discuss current strategic issues, exchange experiences from nature conservation work, and identify options for European cooperation. This year's plenary meeting is being hosted by BfN on Vilm.
