CIPSEM is a facility within the Faculty of Environmental Sciences at TUD Dresden University of Technology and is responsible for the implementation of the UNEP/UNESCO/BMUKN International Postgraduate Training Programme in Environmental Management. EM49 is a six-month postgraduate, which combines a modular curriculum with peer learning and field excursions. Participants develop practical skills through project work, group exercises and a final research paper, supported by a comprehensive Fellowship.
