Inhouse Training on International Negotiation
The program focuses on the typical dynamics of international conferences and bodies - particularly within the framework of the United Nations and relevant environmental agreements such as the CBD, CITES, CMS, or BBNJ - as well as the strategic preparation for and follow-up on negotiations within delegations, and the practice of appropriate strategies, tactics, and diplomatic language in English negotiation scenarios. The focus is on multilateral settings; through realistic simulations and role-playing exercises, including our in-house CBD simulation game, typical dynamics of multilateral conference and negotiation processes are tested in a realistic manner, and the strategic and communicative skills required for these are specifically strengthened.
