With the Agriculture Report, the Federal Agency for Nature Conservation clearly demonstrates that both the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) of the European Union and the national implementation have failed with regard to the conservation of biodiversity. They do not make a substantial contribution to counteracting the ongoing loss of biodiversity in agricultural landscapes.
