Description

Ten years after signing the convention, still only three signatory parties have ratified all protocols (Liechtenstein, Austria and Germany in 2002). Furthermore, protocols for such important fields like “People and Culture”, “Air Purity”, “Water Household” and “Waste Management” are still missing although they were planned from the start. Entering into force of all nine existing protocols in December 2002 (after ratification by the three states Liechtenstein, Austria and Germany) will hopefully fasten the implementation process.
