Description

Following-up on the previous BfN/ENCA conference of 2011 on biodiversity and climate change, which aimed for exploring options on how to improve the dialogue between science, policy and practice, this year’s conference highlighted the importance of adapting to climate change in nature conservation from an ecological, policy and economic perspective, and to showcase successful conservation partnerships across Europe in this respect.

The conference proceedings included in this volume are an attempt to reflect the richness of the presentations and discussions.
