The brochure provides a definition of urban green infrastructure, explains the goals, planning principles and tools associated with this approach, and provides guidance on identifying the land context, stakeholder involvement and implementation. It shows strategic steps and implementation options for municipal practice to secure, plan and develop green infrastructure in cities and to manage the associated maintenance and management tasks.
