Terms and Conditions of the International Academy for Nature Conservation Isle of Vilm of the Federal Agency for Nature Conservation
- Along with your registration, you automatically receive a reservation for a room in one of our guest houses, including full board.
- The costs for full board and lodging are to be paid by debit card. Payment with credit card or bank transfer is only possible in exceptional cases.
- Participation in the event may be cancelled up to 3 days prior to its commencement. Thereafter, a cancellation fee of 80% of the accommodation and catering costs for the entire event will be charged, unless there is a substitute participant. For some events, we have a different cancellation deadline.
- If you arrive later than registered, cancellation of non-utilized accommodation and board will no longer be possible.
