The meeting took place from 6 to 8 May 2025 at BfN's International Academy for Nature Conservation on the island of Vilm. The focus of the meeting was the development of a work programme for the protection of migratory species such as Saiga Antelope, Wild Camel and Wild Ass for the coming years. Funding options for the actual implementation of the programme were also discussed at the event. This programme will be finalised at a follow-up meeting later this year and will be submitted to the next CMS Conference of the Parties for approval.
