In November 2022 the UNESCO World Heritage Convention will celebrate its 50th anniversary.
Experts from all global regions will discuss during this international workshop the following topics:

• Identification of natural sites that are needed to "complete" the WH list based on existing thematic and regional gap analysis and studies
• Identification of ways how to get there
• Development of a strategic approach and methodology
• Exploration of technical solutions to make the application of thematic and regional studies easily applicable and accessible.
