The 28th meeting of the Subsidiary Body on Scientific, Technical and Technological Advice (SBSTTA) of the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) will take place in July 2026, in Nairobi. The aim of the workshop on Vilm is to stimulate an in-depth preparation of the issues to be dealt with at SBSTTA-28. The workshop serves as a regional meeting for European biodiversity experts to elaborate recommendations and text proposals which will feed directly into the international negotiation process.
